Description
The white pepper is picked at extreme maturity on lianas over 20 to 30 meters high, in the heart of the Malagasy forests. White pepper is easy to cook thanks to its woody notes and goes perfectly with crunchy vegetables, fine roasted poultry, sautéed chanterelles or fish foil.
